| In June
of 2007 the Pastor and Wife Anniversary Committee,
under the divine direction of the Holy Spirit, put
together a celebration in honor of Pastor Timothy
Jackson and Michelene Jackson's 20 years of service at
GFB. The theme for this occasion was "20 Years: A
Journey of Faith".
The celebration kicked off Sunday morning, May 27, 2007 with Rev. Richard Forney, a former associate minister of GFB followed by a picnic after service. On June 9, 2007, GFB honored the pastor and his wife with a banquet at First Church of the Nazarene and it was a great success. Sunday June 10, 2007 Pastor Patrick Demmer (uncle of Pastor Jackson) and members from Graham Memorial C.O.G.I.C. in Denver, CO were guests for the final celebration. Oh what a blessing it was! In addition to the celebration, a souvenir journal was put together of of the past and present years which is still available to members and friends if so desired. On behalf of the anniversary committee, we would like to thank GFB family and friends for your wonderful support and honoring Pastor Timothy and Michelene Jackson for 20 years. Rev.
